Trainings on menus are provided by a professional team.

Physical Criteria;

  •  The concept is applied in the shops having an area between 25 m2 and 75 m2.
  •  Minimum front width is 4 m and minimum ceiling height is 3 m.
  •  Note: Our cooking technique does not require a ventilation chimney system.
  •  Total cost varies between 70.000 TL and 100.000 TL depending on the area of the shop.
  •  Note: The construction costs of the shop are not included in these figures.
